Each item is carefully packaged to be safely shipped to you. Please allow for a 3 day handling time after which I will email you tracking information. Although, I will most likely ship next day.

I can also gift wrap! Please let me know if you would like any items gift wrapped for no extra fee.

Easy Returns
Orders under $150 - Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns. Any return must be shipped to me within 7 days. If you are returning due to faulty craftsmanship or an error on my end I will happily refund your shipping as well. Otherwise you are responsible for paying your shipping fee.

Items over $150 are considered a final sale.
There must be a valid quality issue or a legitimate claim regarding returns on items over $150. These items are not returnable for Buyer's Remorse. This policy is in place to prevent fraud as well as the integrity of these higher end pieces. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions about a high end purchase before making it! I am here to help!

SIZING

Please read this blog post for suggestions on how to find your ring size.
For sizing issues when a ring does not fit but is the correct size was ordered, I only offer a return at the customer's expense and a resizing fee will be charged of at least $15. Customers will pay for all shipping fees. Sizing down may not be possible and sizing up more than .5 of the existing size is generally not possible. Please email me and let’s discuss how to resolve the issue! I’m happy to help.

If the ring is taken to an outside party for resizing- all returns and refunds are null and void. There is no refund for any resulting damage. Please speak with the jeweler who has done the work at this point regarding your dissatisfaction.
